Our customers are at the heart of our business, without you we wouldn't exist! As a result, we pride ourselves in excellent customer service, and ensure that our customer is always happy.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Customers can return a product if it is damaged when they receive it.
  • Please notify us immediately at hello@streetkingz.store, and send us pictures of the damaged item or items and a member of our team will contact you. We can either offer you a refund or we will send a replacement free of charge.
  • All products are checked before being sent off, therefore - a product that arrives damaged will be as a result of transportation.
  • We do not accept refunds for goods that have been damaged by the customer.
  • Returns do not apply to products that have been discounted or for reasons that are not stated above.

 

2. We do not accept refunds for incorrect sizing, unless it is a mistake on our end.

  • The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size. Size charts are available for each product, and our live chat team can be contacted if you need help with any sizing queries.
  • On occasion, the label on the garment may state a bigger size than ordered, due to the sizing system our suppliers use. Please do not be alarmed by that! We do not offer refunds due to sizing on the tag being different than the size you ordered as it will be the correct size.

 

3. Returns & Refunds must be requested within 7 days from receiving the order.

  • The above rules must apply if the request for a refund or return is made.
  • Returned items will be inspected and refund will not be processed until the product is received.
  • When a refund is processed it can take up to 5-7 working days to appear in the account depending on which bank used by the customer. 

 

4. Shipping Information (For Return Products)

  • To return your product, you must email us at hello@streetkingz.store to arrange and receive the correct returns address. We have fulfilment centres all over the world so there may be one in your country.
  • The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing.

  • After 24 hours your order will be processed and a refund will no longer be possible.
